• I will walk through your home and make suggestions for staging your home for the best look.
• I will make recommendations for repairs and fixes to the property to remove and obstacles to selling and make recommendations for the appropriate contractors if you desire.
• I will work with you to prepare the most accurate listing details for your property.
Marketing Your Home
• I will install a professional GOLDEN REALTORS LLC sign in your yard with your permission.
• I will place a REALTOR Sentrilock Box on your door for easy access and computer notifications of showings.
• I will list your home on the Multiple Listing Service.
• I will feature your home on my GOLDEN REALTORS website.
• I will market your home on the internet through websites like Trulia, REALTOR.com, Zillow, Homes.com, etc.
• I will market to other REALTORS in the area.
• I will schedule and hold Open Houses of your property if you desire.
• I will market to Top Producing Realtors in the area.
Closing on the Property
• I will follow up on all contract conditions.
• I will communicate regularly throughout the settlement process.
• I will provide you with a Seller estimated net sheet.
• I will attend settlement with you to be sure your interests are represented.
• I will help you purchase a new home in the are or refer you to a REALTOR for another location.
